Area Overview
What makes Ravet special
Ravet sits at the junction of the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and the old highway, at the western edge of the Pimpri-Chinchwad municipal area. That position is its whole case: it is the easiest address in this belt to leave.
The Pawana river runs along its northern boundary, and the belt has filled with large gated projects since the 2010s — more new supply here than almost anywhere in Pune.
It is still developing. Social infrastructure lags the housing, and much of the retail and schooling is a drive away in Chinchwad or Wakad.
