Area Overview

What makes Kiwale special

Kiwale sits just west of Ravet, past the Expressway, at the outer edge of the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. It is the least developed part of this belt and the cheapest.

The Expressway runs along it and the Pawana river is close, with hills and open farmland beyond. Large gated projects have gone up along the highway since the late 2010s.

This is an early-stage location. Roads, drainage, water supply and retail are all still catching up with the housing, and much of daily life means a drive to Ravet or Chinchwad.

Why choose Kiwale?

Kiwale is the cheapest address in this belt, with Expressway frontage, real open country around it and yields near 4.5–5%. It suits a buyer prepared to be early. The trade-offs are serious: roads, drainage, water supply and retail are all still catching up, there is no hospital of scale nearby, and Hinjewadi is a twenty-five-minute drive. Verify what infrastructure is actually delivered rather than promised.
