Area Overview

What makes Mamurdi special

Mamurdi is a village on the old Mumbai–Pune highway between Dehu Road and Ravet, at the western edge of the PCMC area. It has been quietly absorbed into the Pimpri-Chinchwad development corridor over the last decade.

It sits close to the Dehu Road cantonment and the Indrayani, with hills and farmland to the north. The Mumbai–Pune Expressway is roughly five kilometres away.

Residential development here is early and highway-led. A handful of gated projects have launched, and much of the surrounding land is still agricultural.

Why choose Mamurdi?

Mamurdi is early-stage and should be assessed that way. It offers some of the lowest pricing in the PCMC belt, real open country, hills and farmland, and Expressway access about five kilometres away. The trade-offs are serious: almost no retail, no hospital, no station, no metro planned, and most daily needs meaning a drive to Ravet or Dehu Road. It suits a long-horizon buyer or a plot purchase.
