Area Overview
What makes Dighi special
Dighi sits between Bhosari and the Pune city limits, on the hills north of Khadki. Large tracts here are defence land — the Dighi magazine depot and associated establishments — which has kept much of the area undeveloped.
That constraint is also the appeal. The hills and the reserved land give Dighi more green cover than anywhere else on this side of the belt, and it is the closest PCMC locality to Pune Airport at about fourteen kilometres.
Residential development sits on the Dighi–Bhosari road and the Alandi side, and it has been steadier and smaller-scale than the bulk supply at Moshi.

Why choose Dighi?
Dighi is the greenest and closest-to-airport address on this side of the belt — about fourteen kilometres, thirty-five minutes. Defence land has kept the hills undeveloped, Kendriya Vidyalaya is within 2 km, and prices sit well below Pimpri with yields around 4.5–5%. The trade-offs are no railway station, no metro planned, no hospital of scale, and a forty-five-minute drive to Hinjewadi.
