Area Overview

What makes Moshi special

Moshi sits on the Pune–Nashik highway north of Bhosari, and it is where most of the PCMC belt’s new residential supply has gone over the last decade.

The Pimpri Chinchwad International Exhibition Centre is here, and the highway position links it directly to the Chakan auto belt about fifteen kilometres north.

It is a launch-driven market. Large gated projects line the highway and the Moshi–Alandi road, with social infrastructure still catching up behind them.
