Area Overview

What makes Prabhadevi special

Prabhadevi is the strip between Dadar and Worli where the island city meets the sea. Siddhivinayak Temple anchors it, and the sea face at its western edge carries some of the most expensive addresses in Mumbai.

It is compact and mostly residential, with Ravindra Natya Mandir and the Nehru Centre nearby for theatre and lectures, and the mill-land offices of Lower Parel a short drive east.

Aqua Line 3 has a station at Siddhivinayak, which gives it something most of Central Mumbai still lacks. Stock is scarce, old at the sea end, and very closely held.

Why choose Prabhadevi?

Prabhadevi is compact, sea-facing and unusually well connected — a Western line station, an Aqua Line 3 stop at Siddhivinayak, Worli Sea Face a ten-minute walk and Lower Parel five minutes east. Against that: yields near 2–2.5%, very scarce stock, temple crowds that close roads regularly, and entry pricing among the highest in Central Mumbai.
