Area Overview

What makes Worli special

Worli holds the most expensive residential towers in Mumbai. The Bandra–Worli Sea Link lands here, Aqua Line 3 has two stations along it, and the Sea Face carries the longest open promenade in the island city.

It is also one of the oldest settlements on the coast. Worli Village and its Koliwada still work as a fishing community, and Worli Fort sits above them on the headland.

Between the two sit the Nehru Centre, Atria Mall and the old BDD chawls, which are themselves under redevelopment. Few Mumbai localities compress this much contrast into so little ground.

Why choose Worli?

Worli combines the Sea Link, two Aqua Line 3 stations, the longest open promenade in the island city and Lower Parel ten minutes east. It is the most complete premium address in Central Mumbai. Against that: no railway station inside the belt, yields near 2–2.5%, an airport run of forty minutes, and pricing that starts high and goes considerably higher.
