Area Overview

What makes Dombivli West special

Dombivli West is the older, more established half of Dombivli — the original town centre, with the markets, the gymkhana, the cultural halls and the schools that give the town its identity.

It is dense and largely built out, with far less new development than the east side. Housing is mostly society stock from the 1980s and 90s, with redevelopment slowly reshaping the lanes nearer the station.

The Mankoli bridge west to Bhiwandi has improved road access, and the Kalyan Ring Road under construction will improve it further. Retail is genuinely good for a town this far out.
