Area Overview

What makes Bhandup East special

Bhandup East runs from the Central line across to the Eastern Express Highway and the edge of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It is one of the quieter, greener stretches of the eastern line.

The old mill and industrial colonies still define much of the housing, with newer societies rising along the highway corridor, and the national park boundary and Tulsi and Vihar lake catchments to the west.

Metro Line 4 runs the highway between Wadala and Kasarvadavali, which has changed how the whole belt is priced. It remains among the more affordable addresses inside Mumbai city.

Why choose Bhandup East?

Bhandup East is one of the more affordable addresses left inside Mumbai city, with a Central line station, Metro Line 4 on the highway, and the national park boundary to the west. Powai is fifteen minutes by road. The trade-offs are a forty-minute run to CSMT, functional retail, industrial-era stock in the colonies, and a belt that goes very quiet after dark.
