Area Overview

What makes Sion West special

Sion West is the quieter side of the Sion junction, running from the station toward Matunga and the Mahim creek. Sindhi Colony and the surrounding society layouts give it a settled, low-rise character.

The Sion–Bandra Link Road runs west from here across the Mithi River, which makes BKC a short drive despite the island-city address, and Matunga’s college belt is a couple of kilometres north.

It has none of the highway pressure of the east side. Stock is older society housing, turnover is slow, and it prices modestly above Sion East for the calm.
