Area Overview

What makes Bandra East special

Bandra East contains BKC, India’s primary financial district. The NSE, SEBI, the US Consulate and most global banks sit inside it, alongside Jio World Centre, NMACC and two international schools.

Behind that sit the older parts of the suburb — Government Colony, Kherwadi, Behrampada and the Bandra Terminus area — which look nothing like the office grid and price nothing like it either.

Aqua Line 3 has a station in BKC, Bandra station serves both the Western and Harbour lines, and the Sea Link and Eastern Express Highway are both close. Few addresses in the city are better connected.

Why choose Bandra East?

Bandra East gives you BKC on your doorstep, both rail lines, an Aqua Line 3 station, two international schools and Asian Heart Institute — with entry pricing well below Bandra West across the tracks. The trade-off is contrast: the BKC towers and the Kherwadi and Behrampada belts are entirely different markets, residential stock inside BKC itself is very thin, and the district goes quiet after office hours.
