Area Overview

What makes Kurla West special

Kurla West runs from the junction station across LBS Marg toward Chunabhatti and the BKC connector. It is the older half of Kurla, with a village core that predates most of the eastern suburbs around it.

Kohinoor City and the LBS Marg towers form the newer residential band, while Qureshi Nagar, Kurla village and the Nehru Nagar edge hold the older stock.

BKC is about four kilometres west, which puts it within a short cab ride at a fraction of Bandra East pricing. That gap is the whole investment case here.

Why choose Kurla West?

Kurla West is the value approach to BKC. Both rail lines from the junction, BKC about four kilometres west, Kohinoor Hospital within half a kilometre, and Kohinoor City for newer stock — at a fraction of what Bandra East costs for the same commute. The trade-offs are LBS Marg congestion, a dense and uneven streetscape, and civic quality that changes sharply between the towers and the village core.
