Area Overview
What makes Undri special
Undri sits at the southern end of the NIBM corridor, past Mohammadwadi, and it has grown around a school cluster more than anything else — Bishop’s, Euro School and several others draw families from across south Pune.
The belt was farmland until the 2000s and is now largely society and township housing, with hills and open land continuing south toward Pisoli and Yewalewadi.
It is the value entry to this school belt: prices sit well below NIBM and Mohammadwadi for comparable newer stock, with the trade-off being distance from everything else.
