Dense mixed belt, value entry to the NIBM side

Area Overview

What makes Kondhwa special

Kondhwa is one of Pune’s largest and most mixed suburbs, running south from Wanowrie toward Undri and NIBM. It is also one of the densest.

The belt grew rapidly from the 1990s without the planning that shaped Magarpatta or the NIBM road corridor, and it shows — internal roads are narrow, drainage is uneven, and building quality varies considerably street to street.

What it offers is value and location: the NIBM corridor, Camp and the Hadapsar IT belt are all within fifteen to twenty minutes, at prices well below any of them.
