Area Overview

What makes NIBM special

NIBM takes its name from the National Institute of Bank Management, whose wooded campus sits at the head of the road. The corridor that grew around it is the best-planned part of south-east Pune.

NIBM Road runs from Kondhwa south-east toward Mohammadwadi and Undri, lined with society towers, schools and restaurants — a different character entirely from the dense Kondhwa belt it begins in.

It has the schools and hospitals the surrounding areas lack, and the Salunke Vihar defence belt to the north keeps some of the land low-density.
