Riverside redevelopment between KP and Kharadi

Area Overview

What makes Mundhwa special

Mundhwa sits on the southern bank of the Mula-Mutha between Koregaon Park and Kharadi, and it has changed faster than almost anywhere in Pune East over the last decade.

It was an industrial and village belt — the Kirloskar works and the old Mundhwa settlement — and much of that land has been redeveloped into large riverside residential projects.

The position is the appeal: Koregaon Park is about ten minutes across the river, Kharadi ten the other way, Magarpatta and the Hadapsar IT belt just south. Retail and schooling are still catching up.
