Area Overview

What makes Koregaon Park special

Koregaon Park is Pune’s most expensive residential address and its most cosmopolitan. Laid out in the early twentieth century on generous plots, it kept its bungalows and tree cover long after the rest of the city built upward.

The Osho International Meditation Resort brought a global crowd from the 1970s, and the area has been internationally minded ever since — North Main Road and Lane 7 hold the city’s densest concentration of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

The Mula-Mutha river runs along its northern edge, Camp sits south, and Metro Line 2 has stations nearby. Stock is very scarce and much of it changes hands privately.

Why choose Koregaon Park?

Koregaon Park is the best address in Pune on almost every measure that isn’t price: the city’s densest restaurant and bar strip on North Main Road, the Osho Teerth Gardens, generous tree-lined bungalow lanes, Bishop’s School at Kalyani Nagar within 3 km, and a twenty-minute airport run. Against that: yields near 2.5–3%, the highest pricing in Pune, and stock that rarely reaches the open market.
