Area Overview

What makes Kharadi special

Kharadi is Pune’s eastern IT cluster and the main alternative to Hinjewadi. EON Free Zone, the World Trade Center and several large campuses employ well over a lakh people here.

Unlike Hinjewadi, it sits close to the established city — the airport is about nine kilometres, Koregaon Park twenty minutes, and Kalyani Nagar fifteen — which is the main reason people choose it.

The Mula-Mutha runs along its southern edge, Wagholi continues east, and the belt has filled with township and society development over the last fifteen years.

Why choose Kharadi?

Kharadi is the IT address that stays connected to the city. EON Free Zone and the World Trade Center are inside it, Columbia Asia is about a kilometre away, Vibgyor High within one, and the airport twenty-five minutes — against Hinjewadi’s seventy. Yields run 3.5–4%. The trade-offs are heavy bypass congestion at peak, no metro station yet, and a locality that quietens noticeably at weekends.
