Area Overview
What makes Sector 8 special
Sector 8 is one of the older HSVP sectors on the western side of Gurugram, laid out well before the corporate belt developed to the east.
It is plotted rather than apartment stock — independent houses and builder floors on allotted plots — with a settled, unpretentious character and strong local markets.
The trade-off is straightforward: prices sit well below the eastern sectors, but so does proximity to the corporate employment on which much of Gurugram’s rental demand depends.
