Sector 37D is in New Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway corridor — despite the sales zone label, it is not central Gurugram. MG Road is about 14 km and Sector 37, which shares its number, is about 12 km away.
Development here is high-rise and township-led, built largely since the late 2010s by private developers under DTCP licences rather than as an HSVP plotted layout.
The Dwarka Expressway opened through this corridor after long delays, and it is the single factor that changed the area — it gives a direct link toward Dwarka and IGI Airport that did not previously exist.
