Area Overview
What makes Sector 107 special
Sector 107 sits toward the southern end of the Dwarka Expressway corridor, which gives it the shortest run to Cyber City and NH-48 of any sector in this zone.
That is the trade the corridor offers: sectors nearer Delhi get the metro and airport, sectors nearer NH-48 get the Gurugram employment belt. Sector 107 is at the Gurugram end of that spectrum.
Development is township-led under DTCP licences, at a mixed stage, with the usual corridor caveats about delivery records applying.
