Area Overview
What makes Sector 104 special
Sector 104 sits in the mid-southern stretch of the Dwarka Expressway, and it is one of the better-established sectors on the corridor with several large projects delivered and occupied.
It balances the corridor’s two ends reasonably: Cyber City is about twenty-eight minutes, IGI about thirty-two, and neither is as strong as the sectors at either extreme, but neither is poor.
The corridor caveats still apply. The expressway was announced in 2006 and opened in 2024, and delivery records vary sharply between developers even in the more built-out sectors.
