BTM Layout — Byrasandra, Tavarekere and Madiwala, the three villages it was built across — is one of Bengaluru’s densest rental markets, and its character follows from that.
It sits between Bannerghatta Road, the Outer Ring Road and Hosur Road, which puts Koramangala, Electronic City and the Sarjapur belt all within reach. That access is why so many tech renters land here first.
The Namma Metro Yellow Line, opened in 2025, runs along Hosur Road with stations serving the eastern side. Stages 1 and 2 make up the core, with Stage 4 further south.

BTM Layout is where a great many tech renters land first, and for good reason: Koramangala fifteen minutes, Electronic City thirty, HSR twenty, Yellow Line metro on the Hosur Road side, Apollo and St. John’s within 5 km, and yields around 4–4.5% — the best of the established south Bengaluru belts.
