Ayodhya has NO METRO. UPMRC has proposed a Metro Lite for Ayodhya, Varanasi and Mathura, but it is at study stage — no line is under construction and no date is fixed. Connectivity runs on rail and road: Ayodhya Dham Junction was rebuilt and reopened in December 2023, and Maharishi Valmiki International Airport opened the same month. Judge this locality on road distance, not on a line that does not exist.
