Area Overview

What makes Aundh special

Aundh is the most established suburb in west Pune, and the one the others grew around. It sits on the Mula river north of the university, with Baner west and Sangvi across the water.

Its retail and dining are the best in this zone — the Aundh main road, Bremen Chowk and the surrounding lanes hold a density of restaurants, cafes and shops that Baner and Balewadi still have not matched.

Housing is a mix of older society stock, bungalows and newer towers. The university and the Pune–Mumbai highway link give it access in most directions.
