Area Overview

What makes Malad West special

Malad West is the commercial anchor of the northern western suburbs. Mindspace, the Raheja-developed IT park, employs tens of thousands, and Inorbit and Infiniti Malls sit alongside it.

The suburb runs from the Western line across S.V. Road and Link Road to Marve Road, ending at Aksa Beach and the Madh Island ferry. Orlem, around Our Lady of Lourdes church, is its oldest residential pocket.

It is the most self-contained suburb on this stretch: offices, two large malls, schools, hospitals and beaches all inside it. That completeness is why it prices above everything around it.
